I’m a twenty-five year old avid crafter from the west of Ireland who is in the clutches of wanderlust. I love to sew, I love to craft, I love to create, I love to travel. Most of all, I love to do all this on a budget. I’ve developed a liberal and eclectic attitude towards craft; growing up watching my Dad drawing and knitting, my Mam patchworking and quilting, and my granny experimenting with Tiffany glass and mosaic. I’ve exercised my creative muscles with other people’s projects, having worked in a fabric shop and haberdashery for over three years. I’ll try my hand at anything and everything, although (speaking optimistically) sometimes with mixed results. Luckily, you won’t have to be witness to my Mod Podge mishaps. Here, you can expect to see artistic triumphs, ranging  from fabric projects, to seasonal decorations, to paper crafts, to light upholstery, to accessories, all on a *ahem*, let’s say challenging budget.

Please continue reading, feel free to comment and most importantly, happy crafting!
